Cover page has a colour lithographic printed photo portrait of Mary Mile Minter with a facsimile of her signature superimposed above a colour lithographic illustration of the Fairbanks House in Dedham, Massachusetts. The house is reputed to be the oldest timber frame building in New England and was one of the sites for filming of the "Anne of Green Gables" 1919 silent film.
